The Northeast Monsoon is affecting the South China coastal waters. A broad area of low pressure is bringing rainy weather to the central and nothern parts of South China Sea. The birds flying across the East & South China Sea from Japan are having difficulties travelling to meet their schedule. Nonetheless, the birds have assured that, no matter how challenging or laborious the journey would be, they will be here soon. Apologies if the wait is prolonged.
