dirty viewfinder on polaroid since there is no technical sub forum for polaroid so i will start a thread here. can i? anyway, i need help! i just bought a 2nd hand polaroid. it seems the viewfinder is pretty dusty. i don't know if it will affect the outcome but is there any way i can disassemble it to clean viewfinder or the internal of the camera? the model is super sampler 635. i looked up polaroid website and it only provide 600 model's assembly drawing. on top of there, there isn't any screw or mechanism that i can open up. or in any case, is there anyone/anywhere that i can refer to to service it?
thanks for viewing and appreciate if shed some light!

the dirty viewfinder will most probably not affect the outcome of your shots. maybe it will affect you when trying to frame the shots. assuming that you send it for CLA(if they do it), it might cost more than the camera itself, so i wouldn't recommend you do it.
morever, polaroid films are out of production already, so i guess you'll have to weigh the opportunity cost of it. hope this helps.

they might be able to i guess? maybe you want to call up and ask and also get them to quote you a price as well? cos im not too sure about the servicing of polaroid cameras.

stuck a cotton bud stick into the viewfinder and clean off a layer of dust but still rather dirty on the inside where my cotton bud cannot reach :x
