Hmmm. Mis-quote?

enelya- 09-16-2008

thank yous :) more questions.. any major differences on the pictures using plastic vs glass lens? answered by Hirata wad does masking actually do? Masking? As in taping the holga? It reduces the amount of light leaks that holgas are known to have, due to it's "poor" construction. does holga 120 take vignette shots? answered by Hirata also, are we able to bring the roll of film to the shops and just ask them to develop and burn into a cd without developing the photos? how much is the cost of this process at Triple D? means we'll also have 1 CD for each roll of film?? Just ask them to "develop and scan into CD". Most photoshops provides this service. Ain't too sure how much TripleD costs. I think there's a price list hanging around in the forum. I scan mine at another photoshop. They scanned my 3 rolls of film into one CD. heh.. sorry for the stream of questions.. HTHs. :D thanks michy, saw somewhere tripleD cross processing and scanning only for $8... i suddenly figure whats the xpro everybody's talking abt.. its cross processing!

im almost 3/4 thru my 1st roll on 120GN, and then i wondered abt something....... do i need to tape up the up n down and sides of the cam? as well as the red window? thankss! are u shooting 120mm or 35mm ?? if its 120..u need the red window to see your film counter if u shooting 35mm..u need to tape up the red window... as for the rest of the cam..depends on if u get light leaks or not..you'll only know if u get light leaks after u finish shooting and get you roll developed.. if its minor light leaks..i'd just leave it..afterall..it adds to the charm of the holga... *mine doesn't have a single light leak..dammit*

enelya- 09-26-2008

im shooting 120 film... ahh, thanks... i went to get some black tape today to tape up the red window.. hahhaa why issit when using 35mm film need to tape the red window?

sumlom- 09-26-2008

cos there is no paper backing to protect the film on 35mm.

smellyjelly- 09-26-2008

because!!! the 35mm film doesnt have a paper back covering it, so light entering through the red window will totally burn the film.

fuzk- 09-26-2008

unless you buy the adaptor that sometimes comes with a completely covered back. *thinks* yeah. I think so. heh.

enelya- 09-26-2008
