Overkill or not, it's subjective. For the Holga I go for the cheapest slides I can get: Fuji Provia. The difference of the films is just the colours and quality. I'm playing lomo just for the fun of it; getting nice accident photos. So I don't really go for expensive films.

U can try ruby.. but i doubt they have it..
btw.. it's not really 120mm.. just 120 film (as 135 film for 35mm)...
If u wan.. u can try ektachrome 100/EPP or provia 100f/RDPIII.. they are pretty decent films to xpro..

For Normal Processing:
so far I've tried Fuji Reala and Superia 100
For Cross Processing:
Expired Kodak Ektachrome, Velvia 100F and and Provia 100.
Possible to show some pictures you have taken with that particular film(s)?
