Old old films
YOZ ALL! I just found a bag of film in my parents' cupboard, some used, and I was wondering..: 1) Can I still use the unused films? I know expired films can be used but I think these rolls were rotting in that cupboard for quite some time. Maybe 8 - 10 years. I can't find the expiry date on the film because I think my dad threw away the boxes. 2) Can I process the used films? Its has been in the bag for manymanymany years, so will it turn out? :D

you can still use and process them but it might turn out empty if its expire for too long.

Try a roll and you'll know :)

used film that was from 1986. totally blank. but some in here had used film from 1990, dull but workable. 1995. workable 90%. so for now, the premium selection should be from the years 1998~2000. totally delicious. (machiam wine)

If they're slides and expired for that long, you'll probably get an empty roll. If you're lucky, you'll get very very grainy shots and extreme colour shifts. For negs, one of my friend used a 1990 roll and it turned out empty. But ah well who knows you're lucky? Just try one! :D Don't worry it's still process-able.

Issie! Haven't meet you up leh, stay so close yet still never once see you! I think for the unused rolls.. I will not encourage you to use. Because I had a bad experience and it felt like !@$#%#$ when it came out empty. :( For the unPROCESSED ones, I am not sure if the image captured is still there! Just try lo, hahaa :)
