350d is a good cam. Good enough for almost all usage and since got kakis here owning it, you can share tips/tricks and errr ... lenses :twisted: Used to own one for a while but changed to a 20D as I was shooting soccer for a while and wanted the 5fps :oops:

yes yes, a versatile cam with that low price!
but i bought it that time was like.. many hundreds $ difference than now.
and i seldom use it. quite gek xim. lol.
but lenses, yea.. btw any intro on which lens is better? like 17-85mm with IS. dont want canon - too exp. maybe some 3rd partybrand like sigma or tamrom.. or maybe others.

Wat nicekit said is very valid. Ultimately it still boils down to the individual when it comes to choosing equipment... Getting a dSLR is like building a system so gotta take lenses & accessories expansion into careful consideration as well... Be it Canon / Nikon / Sony / Pentax / Fujifilm / Olympus / Samsung / Leica, each system has their own pros & cons. 3rd parties may be cost-saving but it's always a safer bet to go for house brand esp for accessories (thou some 3rd party lens r really decent of cos). Depending on wat u'd like to shoot, juz pick the system tt caters closest to ur needs.
