Undercoverone has been Banned
This is the first ban in lomotion which we have unwillingly carried out. However, dishonesty is not appreciated in this forum. Rude remarks and comments from him are also observed for some time. This action is taken to make this forum a friendlier community. Our decision is final. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Undercoverone has made Lomotion history!   Perhaps we can prevent this problem from happening again by restricting all sale post to fixed prices?

He is big loser... he pm me this, because it was me who screwed up his plans >> "even if you dont buy it, it is ok... there is other which still wants it.. thanks for your interest, i sold it to others then" Then i told him to go **** himself please. And he has bad grammar too... i think he better go brush up his english before he does another " I GOT THIS AS A GIFT " thingy.

Undercoverone has made Lomotion history!   Perhaps we can prevent this problem from happening again by restricting all sale post to fixed prices? Just have a BNP stated upfront to avoid confusion... the interested parties can bid for it until the seller is okie with the bid price OR if the seller only wants to let go at the BNP. And if bid increment is stated that is even better... imagine it closes at 2359hours today, last bid was 100sgd... then someone go and bid 101sgd at the last minute.

Personally I think that auction style sales should remain in auction sites.

barracudas- 11-15-2007

I think wad George means is maybe we can have fixed-price items for sale in the forum, leaving the bidding to the dedicated websites (ebay, yahoo). Just hav a question, How to stop an unscrupulous person from raising the bids on his own item?

ymmij- 11-15-2007

As much as we hate to use the 'ban' option in the forum, but in this case, this would be the only way to maintain this friendly community. We've been monitoring his posts in lomotion for some time as we've received numerous complains about his ethics in the way he handled his sales. This was the last straw as we consider this to be a SCAM.

Just hav a question, How to stop an unscrupulous person from raising the bids on his own item? There is a way but it is not foolproof. Of course if i post the method here then everyone will know how to be a evil seller, haha.
