Where can I send my Elikon for CLA?
Hi all... I got a 2 year old Elikon which have a foggy viewfinder...any recommendations of where to send it for a proper CLA? Thanks. =)

if its an elikon 535 i suggest just ignoring the viewfinder, and shoot without it. but! if you want, you can go camera hospital. or caremax (is that how its spelt?) or ask around nicely here, if anyone's willing to help you out. :D

like wat smellyjelly said, if its just a foggy viewfinder, ignore it. it will not justify the money spent on cleaning it and the fact that cleaning it prolly cost more than the elikon itself. Besides, it gives it character! :) try to shoot a roll first. :)

thks smellyjelly and starvingjack for your replies. yah..i guess i just shoot and ignore the foggy viewfinder. Actually its not that bad lar. Just wanna make it look good...heh. :oops: Found this bugger hidden in my storeroom while I was clearing my old stuffs. Damn thought that I lost it but...luckily not. =) Anyways will shoot a roll through it and see what happens. Alls working fine, as in the shutter machanism and the apertures. Lens also surprisingly clean and spotless only viewfinder. Weird. Thanks again for the replies. Appreciate it. :D

Yeah, forget about the CLA if it's just the viewfinder ... unless so blur til u can't c anything la.
